A dreamy, editorial bridal shot in the middle of the Anza-Borrego Desert

An editorial bridal created and hosted by the talented Ash from Reed and Rye-photographed in the middle of the Anza-Borrego desert. Continue to read on to find out more details about this beautiful desert editorial.

When I arrived to the park, we drove down a gravel road to arrive at our shooting location in the middle of Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. I remember being completely blown away by the desert landscape that this park offers. The layers of mountains, textures, creamy tones, and blue skies were so beautiful.

We began the shoot with look one, Ash rented a vintage VW bug from Canned Close Up and filled the entire back seat with florals. The model, Lauren, wore a short wedding dress from House of CB and a short two tier veil. The look was fun, vintage, and created an anti-bride style.

Ash also designed a tablescape for the shoot where she incorporated beautiful yellow and white flower arrangements, as well as matte finish tableware.

Moving into the second half of the shoot, the second look featured a minimal, whimsical gown from Daughters of Simone. The pearl detailing, over sized sleeves, and delicate material was absolutely stunning. The sleeves offered so much movement to the photographs. It was a dream dress to photograph.

This shoot was so incredible, and I am so grateful to have been a part of it. Thank you to Reed and Rye and the incredibly talented team behind this styled shoot.
